After calling the reset() method on an OwnerPIN instance an immediate
subsequent call to isValidated() will return true.

The method getTriesRemaining() in the OwnerPIN class returns the number
of times remaining that an incorrect PIN can be presented before the
PIN is blocked.

The method isValidated() in the OwnerPIN class returns a boolean
indicating wether a valid PIN has been presented since the last card
reset or last call to reset().

The OwnerPIN class implements the PIN interface.

The OwnerPIN class has a no-argument-constructor.
