The method sendBytesLong in the APDU class takes three arguments: A
byte[] with the data to be sent, as well as the offset and the length
of the data to be sent in this byte[].
The method setOutGoingAndSend takes one argument: a byte[]
The method setOutgoing returns the expected length of the response.
The method receiveBytes in the APDU class takes as an argument the offset
of where to start filling the buffer.
The method setOutgoing takes one argument, a boolean.
